At A Butler Company, we didn’t just set out to create unforgettable parties — we set out to change the industry.

Founded by Brian Reynolds (aka August) in 2017, A Butler Company was built on a simple but powerful mission:
To offer the highest wages, the greatest respect, and the best working conditions in the party entertainment world.
While other agencies talk about "fun" and "flexibility," too many fail to recognize the intense effort, sacrifice, and dedication that go into being a top entertainer.

Our guys do it all — and they do it every single weekend:

• Hosting wild, high-energy bachelorette groups
   
• Bartending, grilling, playing games, and creating memories
   
• Keeping themselves in peak physical condition
   
• Investing heavily in gym memberships, meal planning, and wellness
   
• Managing the emotional toll of high-pressure weekends, late nights, and constant partying environments
   
• Sacrificing time with friends, family, and even relationships to deliver incredible guest experiences
   

It's more than a "fun side hustle" — it's a serious, demanding commitment.
And sadly, the industry hasn’t always treated it that way.

When new agencies flooded the market around 2020, many slashed wages — offering talented entertainers as little as $25 an hour, with little care for the sacrifices made behind the scenes.
Meanwhile, Brian (August) and the A Butler Company team doubled down on their values.
