Yes. Most of our bookings are made 2 to 6 months in advance of the bach party / event weekend. This ensures availability and secures your butler for your desired date & time.
Yes! Our Butlers love taking pictures with the Bride to Be, Maid of Honor, Matrons of Honor, Bridesmaids. Include your butler in any photos you'd like and tag us on Instagram @abutlercompany or email us your pictures to be featured on our social media pages! Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
No. However...we know that schedules are tight during a Bach Bash weekend. When booking your butler, select "Fridge Stocking" found under "Add-ons" and we will stock your food and beverages before you get to your Airbnb. Aesthetics included. For more details, click here. Yes! Not to worry! It happens all the time in all the excitement! If you'd like to send your butler gratuity, simply find our Venmo Business Account @thebachelorettedepot. Enter the desired gratuity and be sure to include your Butler's "name + city + date" of your event.
No. All gratuity is appreciated by our butlers and is your way to say "thank you" to your butler for the wonderful service they provided. If you provided your butler a tip already, no further action is required. We thank you for your business!
It depends. We understand that bachelorette party weekends are busy!!! We do our best to accommodate each of our customer's time changes requested within 48 hrs of the event. If you have already booked and need to change your butler's arrival time, please email info@abutlercompany with your name, date of your event, and requested time change. Please keep in mind that requested time changes are not guaranteed.
